Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to cancel

strapSWAP is committed to provide you a pleasent shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise within 14 days.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires or obtain the physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (strapSWAP Munich,  E-Mail: of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You have to return the goods immediately and in any event not later than Seven days from the date on which you informed us with your wish to cancel the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than Seven days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement within Seven days from receiving the product back.

You shall send back the goods to us in the original package within 14 days. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

After 14 days from purchase, strapSWAP will repair or replace your merchandise if the product is covered under warranty. Please visit our Warranty page for more information.

Exclusion and/or premature expiration of the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exlusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the European Union. However if the product is defective and in communicated to strapSWAP within 3 days from delivery then the return will be absolutely free for you. Defects coummunicated after three days need to be send back at the cost of consumer. The product is covered by our 1 year International warranty. For details refer our Warranty  Page.

NOTE: strapSWAP’s Terms of Warranty/Guarantee is applicable only on the products and accessories that are bought directly from strapSWAP’s  web-store –
strapSWAP won’t be providing any Warranty/Guarantee on the products bought elsewhere. If you have bought the product outside the strapSWAP’s  web-store, please follow the guarantee terms and conditions of the respective seller or contact your seller directly.


To return your unworn products for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Detach the Cancellation form* and keep the Order Summary for your records.
  • Circle the merchandise you are returning on the Return Detail form*, enter the quantity if more than one of the same product was ordered, mark return, and indicate the appropriate reason code for the return.

Reason/Reason codes are:

            1. Size too small
            2. Size too big
            3. Overall fit issue
            4. Damaged/defective
            5. Color faded/discolored
            6. Not as pictured
            7. Order delayed
            8. Damaged in transit
            9. Duplicate style/shipment
            10. General return/Gift (Original form of payment will be credited)
            11. Connectivity Issues
  • Enclose the Return Detail form* along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box.
  • Attach the supplied return label to the outside of your package and ship us the merchandise**.

When processing your return, we will first refund any Skagen gift card used, then we will refund any other forms of payment used to place the original order.
